As of effect from Monday 6th July our opening hours will resume to our Normal Business hours – Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm, Saturdays 08:00- 12 Noon, We are CLOSED Sundays & Bank Holidays

With continued news around coronavirus (COVID-19), We would like to share the steps we as a business are taking to protect all our customers and employees as we continue to operate as a business.

Monitoring

We are constantly monitoring the current situation around the clock and following any guidance from our Government, BVRLA and health authorities.

Vehicle Cleaning

We have always taken the daily cleanliness of our vehicles seriously as well as the cleanliness of our offices and general areas, and we know this is more important now than ever.

We are implementing additional measures to clean and disinfect our offices and vehicles, in alignment with guidance from Local Government and health authorities. This includes routine cleaning with a recommended disinfectant of all frequently touched surfaces at our Romford offices, such as countertops, door handles, work areas, staff toilets and customer toilets.

We are well known for our Vehicle Cleanliness and our cleaning mandate consists on a daily basis of full rear of vehicle disinfectant clean as well as cleaning and wiping of the interior with a well-known and recommended disinfectant. This includes the dashboard, instrument panel, steering column, wheel, accessory panel, center console, cup holders, compartments, seats, between console and seats and door pockets, among other areas.

Travel Flexibility

While we look forward to continuing to serve you during this time, we understand some travel plans may change. To provide you with flexibility for these changes, we are allowing our clients to either move their current bookings or have a credit placed on their account. Customers who have booked a rental through a third-party are encouraged to contact that party directly to understand their policy.

Employees

The wellbeing of our employees is top priority and we encourage our staff members to follow health authority best practices like frequent hand washing, as well as asking them to stay home if they or any family member are feeling ill.
